Our one-day experiential course is designed to give delegates an appreciation of the fundamental principles of ‘Structured Problem Solving’ and the core elements that are required to achieve sustainable improvement results.
During the course you will explore the importance of defining a problem clearly, before using data to identify the real issues behind the presented symptoms.
